WE MADE IT TO CHINA!

Hello again..... so our team made it through processing in San Jose a few days ago, which consists basically of shopping for free in a room full of Nike and Ralph Lauren (our sponsors) apparel! We got some pretty amazing stuff from socks and shoes to t-shirts to polos to our opening ceremonies outfit... it was really FUN! After that we left for China (on the 27th) and we got here safe and sound. We are currently staying outside of Beijing for about 6 days in order to train a bit on our own before moving into the village. We have a chef that the USOC (United States Olympic Committee) sent with us and he has done an amazing job creating meals that resemble US food!! Yay for William! The air here is a bit polluted and it is definitely hot and humid, but all and all things here are wonderful.... I can't wait to move into the village (but first things first... put in the work now before the fun part begins) :)
